He is also the recipient of AtalMithlaRatan for his commitment in Hospitality Education for Rural area students in Mithlanchal. Mr.Jha had also served in various 5 Star Hotel. It was always in his top of mind to established a institute of Hospitalty Management in his area to meet the huge gap of skilled Manpower. He is the founder of Chanakya Institute of Hospitality Management which aims at providing carrier in Hospitality sector.
